Gilfillan Property Services Ltd was formed in May 2014 by Lorn Gilfillan BSC (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the commercial investment property market.
Regulated by the RICS, we are a niche commercial property consultancy, advising clients on all aspects of property investment. Our clients range from funds to property companies and private investors.
Our commitment is to provide the highest quality investment advice with an assurance of a personal service at director level for each instruction.
As an independent consultancy, we are able to offer impartial and unbiased advice at all times.
LORN GILFILLAN
COMPANY DIRECTOR
Since graduating in 1992 Lorn joined Healey & Baker (now Cushman Wakefield) and worked in the Capital Markets team for approximately 10 years, based in Glasgow, with a short spell in London.
In 2002 Lorn jointly set up a niche Investment Agency company called CGP Surveyors Ltd, with fellow directors Chris Connor and Derek Paterson. In 2005 the company name changed to Gilfillan Paterson Ltd.
In May 2014 Lorn created Gilfillan Property Services Ltd.
In his spare time, Lorn's activities mainly revolve around his family, the joys and frustrations of the golf course, or one of his many woodwork projects.
